    Our biggest size is size L. However, we are open for custom orders to accommodate various body types and sizes. If you require a Kebaya in a size larger than L or have specific measurement requirements, please DM us on Instagram or email us at info@kebayawirda.com to discuss personalized options. We believe in inclusivity and ensuring that all of our customers can find a beautiful Kebaya that fits them perfectly.

  • Does it come as a set?
    Kebaya and skirts are sold separately. We understand that everyone's body shape and size are different. That's why we offer our kebaya sets with the option to purchase the top and bottom separately. This allows you to mix and match sizes for the perfect fit. You can pair our kebaya tops with your own skirt, pants, or any bottom of your choice. This way, you can create a custom look that suits your individual style and size preferences. Whether you need a smaller top and a larger bottom, or vice versa, we've got you covered. We want all of our customers to feel confident and comfortable in our traditional attire, and offering different sizes for the top and bottom allows us to provide a more personalized and inclusive shopping experience.

    All of our pieces are designed in Singapore and made in Indonesia. Our designs are inspired by the rich cultural heritage of Indonesia, and we are committed to working with skilled artisans and craftsmen to bring our vision to life.     At KEBAYA WIRDA, we are committed to using high-quality materials to craft our kebaya and rok batik pieces. For our kebaya, we specifically use premium cotton lace and French Chantilly lace, which are known for their delicate and intricate designs. These materials not only ensure the durability of our products but also contribute to their elegant and timeless aesthetic. Additionally, our rok batik is made from 100% cotton, providing a comfortable and breathable fabric that is perfect for everyday wear.     Kebaya Wirda's office is not currently open for public visits. However, we will be hosting a pop-up event soon, where you will have the opportunity to come down and try on our pieces. In the meantime, we offer a detailed measurement guide to help you find the perfect fit when making a purchase online.   • Why are some items at Kebaya Wirda not restocked once they are sold out?
    At Kebaya Wirda, we believe in offering exclusive and collectible pieces for our clients. This means that once a kebaya/rok piece has been sold out, it will not be restocked. We are committed to producing new designs and colors with every collection, ensuring that our clients have the opportunity to own unique and limited quantity styles. This approach allows us to maintain the exclusivity of our products and provide our customers with one-of-a-kind pieces that they can cherish. Therefore, if you are looking for an item that is sold out, chances are it won't be restocked, as almost all items are exclusive limited quantity styles.     At Kebaya Wirda, you can opt for self pick-up for your orders. However, we kindly ask customers to wait for the pickup email confirmation before coming to our location. Due to the large number of orders we receive, we require additional time to carefully pack each item.   • How much is the local shipping fee?
    It's $5 registered mail. 2-3 working days.
  • When can we receive our orders?

  • Can you provide same day delivery?
    Yes! We are able to do same day delivery with Grab Express. Just check out and click pick up for collection and arrange your own grab express. Please DM us on IG to liaise. Thank you

    We accept credit/debit card and you can now buy now and pay later with Atome!
  • Can I pay in installments?

  • What if i dont have a paypal account?
    You dont need to have a paypal account. Just check out via paypal and there will be a 'check out as guest' option.
  • Can we do an exchange?
    EXCHANGE OR REFUND We only accept exchange or refunds when items* are: (i) faulty (ii) incorrect ​ FOLLOWING REASONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A VALID REASON FOR AN EXCHANGE/REFUND: "I've changed my mind" "The color doesn't suit me" "I don’t want it anymore" "I want to change the color/design" All orders on kebayawirda.com will be thoroughly checked before being sent out for delivery. However, in an unfortunate event where item received is incorrect or faulty, please email us at info@kebayawirda.com or DM us on instagram @kebayawirda with information and evidence. You will hear from our team within 48 hours on the next step of our return/exchange process. ​ Items must be returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of the order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. All items need to be returned to us in their original condition; unworn, unwashed and complete with original packaging and garment tags attached.
